About Us
Homeward Bound Mobile Veterinary Services was started September 1, 2010 as a result of the dream of Dr. Kristen Vance to be able to provide an excellent standard of veterinary medicine in a way which makes pets and their owners more comfortable. Dr. Kristen believes that decreasing the amount of stress placed on an animal while providing them with the necessary care is very important. In today's busy world, it is often more convenient to have the vet come to your house to do physical exams, vaccines and even surgeries. Small animal veterinarians are now able to perform an increased range of services to extend your animals quality and quantity of life.
Our mobile unit is a La Boit 26' foot mobile veterinary clinic completely equipped with digital x ray, lab, and surgery capabilities. We have set up partnerships with local hospitals for hospitalization purposes and our mission is to provide the most complete veterinary care possible.
